SCHEDULE A COUNSELING APPOINTMENT

To schedule an appointment you must have access to your student ID number and birthdate. If you do not know your ID number please click here to learn how to access your student ID number.

Appointments are offered between the hours of 8AM-6PM (Mon-Thurs).

For those needing a counselor who speaks another language other than English, you can find these indications in the scheduling system next to their names.

FALL 2020 SCHEDULES & QUICK QUESTIONS

Schedule your Virtual Drop-In Appointment

Please arrive on time as your appointment is only allotted for 15 minutes. 

Virtual drop-in appointments are available for same-day scheduling only and are on a first come first serve basis from 8AM to 6PM Monday - Thursday. If no appointments are available, please check back the next business day. New students are strongly recommended to schedule a virtual drop-in to talk about first term schedules.

Submit your question to a counselor via e-Counseling

A counselor will respond to your question within 3 business days. Once your question is answered, you will receive an email notification prompting you to sign back into e-Counseling. If you do not receive an email, please proceed by signing back into e-Counseling to view the response.

MAX UNIT PETITIONS AND COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES

Services provided through these appointments: Full two year education plans (semester by semester); Financial Aid Petitions; Choosing a Major; Career Counseling; Personal Counseling (related to academic success); Transfer/Graduation planning; Professional Referrals to Community Resources

Appointments are released every weekday, if there are no available appointments please check back the next day.

Each of the following criteria must be met before scheduling a comprehensive service counseling appointment:

  • Currently taking classes at Cuyamaca College.
  • Transcripts must be either officially submitted to Cuyamaca or unofficial transcripts available at time of appointment.
  • (Financial Aid petitions appointments only) Need to have a typed statement ready before appointment.  
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have met the above criteria for scheduling a counseling appointment. You understand that appointments may go through a screening process, and students who do not meet the above criteria will be provided with other options for meeting with a counselor.

ACADEMIC RENEWAL OR CONSORTIUM AGREEMENT 

Completion of a Academic Renewal Petition or Financial Aid Consortium require an appointment. If you need one of these forms filled out with a counselor, click here to make an appointment.

By scheduling this appointment, you acknowledge that you have met the above criteria for scheduling this appointment which is to complete an academic renewal petition or financial aid consortium agreement. You understand that appointments may go through a screening process, and students who do not meet the above criteria will be provided with other options for meeting with a counselor.
