Felix Garcia has worked for the City of San Diego for 14 years, his current position as the Cross Connection Control Administrator enforcing local codes and state regulations related to cross connection control. Felix holds certification as a California State Water Recources Control Board Grade 2 Distribution Operator, and is certified as a Cross Connection Control Specialist and a Backflow Tester by both the American Water Works Association and the American Backflow Prevention Association. |
