Registration begins June 29th, 2020
All BOT classes will be taught online in Fall 2020. The BOT lab will be closed as long as the campus remains closed. Watch the Cuyamaca College website for updates on reopening.
Business Office Technology (BOT) prepares students for employment in today's business offices which are technology intensive. The curriculum is also appropriate for those wishing to update current skills. Emphasis is on the computerized office and development into supervisory positions.
Whether you are beginning, revitalizing or upgrading your skills, you are making an excellent investment in your future by making yourself more marketable to prospective employers. Our hands-on classes are uniquely structured to serve the inexperienced computer user as well as those who wish to upgrade computer skills. Our up-to-date computer lab allows the BOT program to provide instruction in the latest and most popular software demanded by business and industry. Beginning with fundamental keyboarding skills, this program builds proficiency with common office applications such as word-processing programs, spreadsheets, and databases.
