The Importance of Partnerships

In 2013, Cuyamaca College hosted a two-day meeting of water industry and community college managers to discuss how to train California's next generation of water industry professionals. What emerged from the discussion was recognition of the importance of regional, ongoing partnerships between education and employers. The panel's recommendations for regional partnership, knowledge management and training a new generation are presented in the group's report:
