As part of the program review process, technology requests are submitted to the College Technology Committee (CTC) using the “Program Review Technology Request form” academics/support/computer-labs/pdf/Tech_Request_Form_2019-20-0022.pdf. This form should be used for both program review requests and off-cycle requests. Please see Cuyamaca College Technology Processes Defined for more detail. A subgroup of CTC ranks the requests, using the “Technology Projects Prioritization Rubric” . The rankings are then discussed with the full committee and revised as needed. Upon full committee approval, ranked requests are shared with the Resources & Operations Council and posted on the CTC website.
