To accept the offer of admission and reserve a place for the fall semester, student must complete the seven Steps to Enroll.
- Fall Transfer Admission Criteria
SDSU accepts transfer applications only from upper-division transfer or readmission applicants who will have completed 60 or more transferable semester (or 90 or more quarter) units by the end of spring semester.
- CSU General Education (GE)-Breadth
You must complete a General Education pattern and complete it prior to transferring to SDSU. You must also complete a minimum of 60 transferable units to include general education and major preparation courses.
- Major Preparation Courses
SDSU requires that students complete all lower division preparation courses prior to transferring. Consult a Cuyamaca Counselor for further information.

The Supplemental Application is available on student's SDSU WebPortal account. It is used to gather essential information necessary for admission decisions. It is not optional. The admission is based on the information provided on both the CSUMentor and Supplemental Applications.
