Admissions & Records

Child Development Center

The Child Development Center is closed until further notice. 

Counseling

Counseling services are available remotely during this time. 

Talk with a Counselor – Schedule a virtual drop-in or full appointment to speak/chat with a counselor

The Transfer Center is available via email at cuyamaca.transfer@gcccd.edu and also follow them on Instagram @cuyamacatransfercenter for transfer related announcements.

The Career Center offers resume reviews and career exploration guidance via email at cuyamaca.career@gcccd.edu 

The Veterans Center is available to answer veteran related questions via email at cuyamaca.veterans@gcccd.edu 

Veteran Virtual Drop-Ins are available on Mondays to speak/chat with a veteran counselor.

High School Outreach is available to answer questions about the campus for prospective and incoming students via email at cuyamaca.outreach@gcccd.edu

GCCCD Promise

The Grossmont-Cuyamaca College District Promise program provides two years of free tuition for first-time students attending college full-time. If you have questions about eligibility or the impact of needing to drop a class as a result of the COVID-19 crisis or the transition to virtual campus, call 619-644-7033. 

Pathway Academy

Pathway Academy serves students by helping to build a clear and quick path to educational completion. Contact staff at cuyamaca.pathway@gcccd.edu 

Use SARS Anywhere to book student appointments and inform counselors and staff of appointments. Counselors and staff will use Zoom for student conference appointments.

Academic Counseling will take place via Zoom conferencing, telephone, and email to modify and develop educational plans, academic and career personal counseling.

Communication with instructional faculty to receive “Academic Progress Reports” of our program students will take place via email as usual.

Cuyamaca Cares

Virtual Care Fair
On the Cuyamaca Cares web page you can find information for community organizations that can connect you with housing, food, and other services. The list is regularly updated.

Is available to connect students to community food and housing resources, and process emergency funding applications. Contact Cuyamaca Cares at Cuyamaca.Cares@gcccd.edu 

Health and Wellness Center

Nurses in the Health and Wellness Center are available to answer your questions and provide referral information. Email Reiko.Suto@gcccd.edu 

Formerly Incarcerated Study Coalition (FISC) is holding weekly student-led and student-attended study groups for specific subjects. The subjects, date, time, and Zoom login information is available online.

Associated Student Government (ASGCC)

The ASGCC will hold all meetings during regularly scheduled times – Fridays at 12:30 p.m. – via Zoom.
