TB Risk Assessment
We are currently unable to process the TB risk assessment remotely. You can complete the assessment when the campus reopens. Or you can go to your healthcare provider and submit the results directly to HR.
For existing employee: Please submit your TB certificate to the HR Technician with whom you are working.
For new employee: Please upload your TB certificate into your Workday Onboarding task to the HR Technician with whom you are working.
