Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality service in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have implemented a cancellation policy. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, please do so as soon as possible.  You are required to cancel your appointment via our Online Appointment System.  Failure to do so will result in a "no show". Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another student the possibility to have access to timely counseling services.

No-Show Policy

A "no-show" is someone who misses an appointment without canceling. Failure to arrive at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded as a "no-show." Students who "no-show" for an appointment 3 times in a single semester will not be allowed to schedule another appointment until the following semester and your EOPS requirements will be affected.

How to Cancel your Appointment

To cancel your appointment, please log into the Online Appointment System to do so and reschedule if needed.
